Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Skilled Nursing Unit within an acute care hospital. The RN will provide high-quality care to residents requiring long-term and subacute care, including medication administration, wound care, tracheostomy care, IV therapy, and patient assessments. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Active California RN License
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Subacute experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Experience with medication administration, wound care, trach care, and IV care
• Comfortable caring for patients with pulmonary conditions, Alzheimer's disease, and dementia
