2. Analyze and review tax documents for accuracy and completeness
3. Resolve tax related issues.
4. Communicate with the clients via telephone and e-mail.
5. Organize Client's tax document.
6. Compliance with the IRS regulations and other tax authority regulations.
7. Provide exceptional customer service.
