Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
• No new grads

• Shift Name: Days
• Patient Load: 11-12 patients per 8-hour shift
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Support staff provided
• NextGen outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
