Senior Payroll Analyst

Senior Payroll Analyst | Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid) | Direct Hire Vaco is hiring a Payroll Analyst for an immediate direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in Jacksonville. Responsibilities Process and analyze multi-state payroll with a focus on compliance Manage timekeeping and system integrations (Kronos & Workday) Audit payroll data, research variances, and perform manual FLSA/overtime calculations Support payroll tax compliance, earnings/deductions setup, and shift differential structures Requirements 5+ years of multi-state payroll and payroll tax experience Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems and payroll audits/analysis Experience with Kronos and Workday strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Leadership experience a plus Preferred Certifications CPP #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco by Highspring
