Accounting SpecialistA growing oilfield services company is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join its team. This is a hands-on accounting position with a strong focus on high-volume invoicing, field ticket processing, and accounts payable.The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced operational environment where accuracy and timely billing are critical. We are specifically looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully managing a high volume of invoices and field tickets from initial documentation through final billing.This is a 100% on-site position, five days per week.Manage a high volume of customer invoices and field tickets from initial processing through final billing.Review field tickets for accuracy, proper pricing, approvals, and supporting documentation.Work closely with field and operations teams to resolve missing information and ticket discrepancies.Monitor outstanding and unbilled field tickets to ensure timely customer invoicing.Support accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, reconciliation, and payment processing.Maintain accurate accounting and billing records in QuickBooks and other company systems.Research and resolve billing, ticketing, and payment discrepancies.Assist with account reconciliations and general accounting responsibilities.Maintain organized documentation and accurate records.Support additional accounting projects and responsibilities as needed.Previous accounting, billing, or invoicing experience in a high-volume environment.Demonstrated success managing high-volume invoicing and ticket processing.Experience working with field tickets, service tickets, work tickets, or similar operational billing documentation strongly preferred.Accounts payable experience.Experience with QuickBooks.NetSuite experience is a plus.Oilfield services, oil & gas, construction, transportation, or other field-service industry experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong Excel and general computer skills.Must be comfortable working on-site five days per week.$60,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understands the connection between field operations, ticketing, and accurate customer billing.#AO9
