Valeo Resources has partnered with a mental health and substance abuse organization that is currently expanding. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing to join the team in Boynton Beach, FL! In this role, you will be working with adults suffering from mental health and substance abuse issues in a detox setting.

Position: Detox Assistant Director of Nursing

Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Schedule: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)

Responsibilities:

• Needs to be able to handle on call rotation, ALL call out situations and scheduling, pharmacy license compliance
• 20 bed detox/res
• Documentation oversight
• Managing nurses and APRNs (roughly 18 total), infection control
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and independent

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in FL as a RN, BSN
• Must have 3+ years of nurse management experience
• Must be able to provide disciplinary actions, train, and enforce policy and procedures
• Must be able to guide teams to be the best they can be
• Must have worked in a mental health/SUD detox/res setting
• Must have medication management experience within the mental health industry
