$37-$52 an hour (all-inclusive)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the RN Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs that support nursing staff competency, compliance, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities for RN Educator:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff to ensure clinical competence and regulatory compliance.

• Provide orientation and onboarding education for new nursing employees.

• Conduct ongoing in-service training on clinical skills, policies, procedures, and best practices in resident care.

• Assess staff learning needs and develop targeted training programs to address knowledge gaps.

• Monitor and evaluate staff competency and provide coaching or remediation as needed.

• Collaborate with nursing leadership to support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory survey preparedness.

• Maintain accurate documentation of training, competencies, and educational activities.

• Utilize PCC (PointClickCare) systems to support documentation, training, and reporting needs.

• Support a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence across the nursing team.

Qualifications for RN Educator:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience is required.

• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or related healthcare setting required.

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) required.
