Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and oversee resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
• Supervise and support lpns and cnas
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active registered nurse (rn) license in wisconsin
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Experience with emr systems preferred
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach
