Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar industrial setting. Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices relevant to the manufacturing sector. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll software. Certification or coursework in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Customer service experience that demonstrates the ability to interact effectively with diverse employee populations. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Support onboarding activities including preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork. Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personnel data. Serve as a bilingual point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns in both English and Spanish. Coordinate employee training sessions and assist in tracking attendance and completion of mandatory compliance programs. Help prepare HR reports and documentation required for audits, compliance, and management review. Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee information. Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and communications.
