What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU, utilizing the nursing process
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Effectively delegate and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members
• Administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and respond to emergencies
• Educate and support families tailored to the diverse needs of patients and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Current Louisiana RN license
• Minimum 2 years of NICU or critical care nursing experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and judgment skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
