Join our dynamic team in La Crosse, WI, as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are efficiently processed and delivered to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Wage and Hours: 9-1PM Monday-Friday - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as needed.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers - use of forklift
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock management.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding shipping and receiving issues.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks as required.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
