Order Picker

City and State: Elgin, IL Pay Rate: $21.50/hour Schedule/Shift: 2nd Shift, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Employment Type: Evaluation to Hire Summary: The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and preparing products for shipment while supporting the efficient flow of inventory throughout the warehouse. This position plays a key role in meeting customer order requirements and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse systems. Receive, stage, and move products within the warehouse as needed. Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as assigned. Follow all safety guidelines and keep work areas clean and organized. Qualifications: Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when fulfilling orders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals. Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse technology is a plus.
