Description The Peninsula Golf & Country Club , located in Millsboro, DE , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Maintenance Staff . We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key Responsibilities Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas, including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture. Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications One year of related experience in building and/or grounds maintenance. Other Qualifications Knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment. Regular and reliable attendance.
