Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary: $250,000$280,000+ Annual productivity bonus: $87 per encounter Health insurance: 70% employer-paid + 75% of out-of-pocket medical costs covered Dental & vision coverage: approx. $194/year PTO: 3 weeks in year one, plus 7 paid holidays (including 1 floating holiday) Retirement: 403(b) and IRA with 4% employer match, fully vested after 4 years CME: $500 annual allowance Life insurance: $100,000 employer-paid Short- and long-term disability: 100% employer-paid Malpractice: FTCA coverage Relocation assistance: $3,000 Student loan repayment: Up to $75,000 (NHSC + WI Office of Rural Health) Additional options: AFLAC, pet insurance

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team Supervise and support 3 Nurse Practitioners; collaborate closely with 3 physicians Deliver direct patient care (ideal: 20 clinical hours per week; flexible for full-time schedules) Champion quality initiatives, clinical best practices, and compliance standards Guide provider onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing performance development Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate on strategic systemwide decisions Integrate behavioral and primary care approaches in a team-based model Must be willing to obtain MAT certification (training supported) EMR: Athena

What We're Looking For

MD/DO licensed or eligible in Wisconsin Board Certified or Board Eligible (must certify within one year) Minimum 3 years clinical experience; leadership experience preferred Current or eligible DEA Ability to supervise APPs A physician leader who thrives in community health, values access, and delivers care with heart
