As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will maintain a visible presence, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking areas, access points, trailers, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor activity, and directing authorized individuals to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
