Warehouse Associate Pay is weekly, starting at $22.00 per hour HOURS: Mon. - Fri. 6:30am to 4:00pm Mandatory overtime and occasional Saturday work are required as the schedule demands. Position Overview Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking an experienced team member for our refrigerated warehouse. The Right Candidate Must Have The Following Attributes Must be an experienced Yard Jockey - with the ability to move semi-truck trailers and containers around the warehouse facility The ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack The ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs without assistance The ability to communicate with employees and vendors in a professional manner The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Staging and palletizing customer orders Unloading and loading incoming and outgoing shipments Verifying shipments with their corresponding paperwork (sales orders, purchase orders, etc.) for accuracy Maintaining accurate shipping and receiving logs in a neat and organized fashion Benefits Competitive salary Participatory Health, dental, and vision insurance available Simple IRA with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and development NOTE: This is a refrigerated workspace, with temperatures generally around 35 degrees.
