Personal/Executive Assistant to Private Couple — In-Office Role

Location : Austin & Bastrop, TX (Local candidates only) Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Flexibility for after-hours/weekend communications as needed, especially when Principals are traveling) Compensation : Competitive salary (DOE) + Full corporate benefits, including 401(k) Start Date: ASAP Overview A dynamic, successful couple in Austin & Bastrop is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office role with a focus on streamlining both professional and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate is calm, highly organized, emotionally steady, and passionate about making life easier for others. You’ll help manage calendars, vendors, travel logistics, errands, special projects, and more allowing the Principals to focus on what matters most: family and quality time. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, reservations, and personal errands Coordinate vendors, contractors, and home/office maintenance needs (work closely with current Family Assistant) Book detailed travel itineraries (private/commercial), lodging, and ground transportation Support with event planning, gifting, holiday logistics, and occasional guest hospitality Organize office files, documents, and supplies across multiple locations Provide support for packing/unpacking and inbound/outbound mail Respond quickly and professionally to shifting needs and priorities Create systems for executing tasks efficiently and proactively delegate when needed Ideal Candidate Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting UHNW families, founders, or executives Tech-savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and naturally solutions-oriented Highly discreet, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive information Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Comfortable working through ambiguity and taking initiative Important to be a forward thinker, be a step or two ahead. But also know when to step back, work seamlessly with Principal and current systems in place.
