About the Role
The Company is in search of a transformational Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its restaurant group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all field operations, developing and executing the operational growth strategy, and building a strong leadership team to support the organization's expansion. This role is pivotal in driving same-store sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence, as well as improving systems, processes, and accountability. The COO will also be a key partner to the CEO and executive team in long-term strategic initiatives, and will champion a culture of leadership development and employee engagement. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling restaurant brands through significant growth. Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of restaurant P&Ls are essential, as is the ability to build high-performing teams and ensure the consistent execution of brand standards. Experience in partnering with private equity, founders, or growth-oriented ownership groups is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and will possess excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree is also preferred.
