L&D Registered Nurse Location Rural Critical Access Hospital LDRP Unit with 4 regular LDRP rooms, 1 triage room, and a well-baby nursery Electronic Medical Record system: Cerner Shift Details Shift: DaysStart Date: 10/15Alternating 36-hour and 48-hour shifts Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP New Mexico RN licensure required Scheduling and Work Conditions Blocked scheduling allowed with a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation Every other week (EOW) schedule No on-call duties required Task floating is required Patient ratio: 1:1 Guaranteed hours based on signed contract All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted initially; no RTO requests will be accepted afterward No time off approved around holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
