Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. In our agile, reliable, and innovative culture, you will support daily operations through teamwork, care for people, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, parking areas, common spaces, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or property-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assisting with access control procedures, visitor interactions, and policy enforcement in accordance with post instructions.
• Complete routine reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate notable activity, hazards, and/or unusual conditions to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
