Health & Safety Lead

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Lead to oversee workplace safety initiatives, ensure compliance, and promote a strong safety culture across operations. Key responsibilities include leading workplace injury and incident investigations, developing and implementing corrective and preventative safety measures, conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments, facilitating safety meetings and training programs for employees and leadership, monitoring compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, tracking, analyzing, and reporting safety performance metrics and trends, supporting emergency response planning and workplace safety improvements, and collaborating with leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety practices.

Requirements include a high school diploma required; degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field preferred; OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain); 612 months of safety experience required; manufacturing experience preferred; strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management; experience with incident investigation and reporting; excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
