Job Overview Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) at Bank of America. The role begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66). Once licensed, you receive dedicated training, build client relationships, and deliver Bank of America's core banking and investment solutions. With demonstrated success you typically progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, and gain the opportunity to advance within Bank of America and Merrill. Responsibilities Obtain and maintain required securities industry licenses (SIE within 30 days of hire; Series 7 & 66 within 120 days). The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Deliver comprehensive financial advice, present client reviews, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Build and grow your network by interacting with banking customers, small-business owners, and higher net-worth clients. Provide end-to-end client engagements, including comprehensive reviews and presentations. Execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing client interests. Required Qualifications Aptitude in obtaining and maintaining required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66). Self-disciplined in managing time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong peer relationship skills and effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset, prioritizing clients in a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Current holder of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and/or a bachelor's degree with at least one year of financial services or sales experience. Skills in client experience, branding, client solutions, advisory, investment management, pipeline management, referral management, client management, customer and client focus, portfolio management, prospecting, referral identification, business acumen, executive presence, oral communications, risk management, and trading. Education & Schedule Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma, GED, or Secondary School equivalent. Schedule: Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays, 1st shift, 40 hours per week.
