About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Software Engineering to lead the next chapter of operational excellence and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the engineering strategy, particularly in the areas of AI integration and operational rigor. This role demands a leader with a fresh perspective on how to run a mature SaaS platform, with a focus on reliability, scalability, security, and delivery predictability. The VP will work closely with the product team to shape and deliver AI capabilities that provide real customer value and will be instrumental in advancing AI development practices across the engineering organization. Global leadership, mentorship, and a strong background in low-code/no-code ecosystems are essential, as is a proven track record in leading through organizational and technological change. Candidates for the VP of Software Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of engineering experience, with at least 8-10 years in senior leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software. The role requires a leader with a strong technical background, particularly in AI, and a history of driving meaningful change through the practical application of AI-assisted or agentic tooling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of low-code/no-code ecosystems, integrations, and workflow orchestration, and a proven ability to lead globally distributed teams.
