Interim Director of FP&A (JN -092026-431181) Bloomington, Minnesota Salary: USD65 - USD85 per hour Interim Director of FP&A We're partnering with a growing global organization to identify an experienced interim finance professional to serve as the key finance partner during a major ERP implementation and organizational growth phase. Based in the South Metro area, this role offers a unique blend of strategic finance leadership, business partnering, and transformation work. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the senior finance leader for the U.S. business, partnering closely with both domestic and international leadership teams. Act as the primary finance lead and internal subject matter expert for a major ERP implementation. Drive post-go-live stabilization, process improvements, and change management initiatives. Manage and enhance KPI reporting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning processes. Lead and support the accounting team. Partner with leadership to improve business processes, strengthen controls, and support key strategic initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing financial insights and helping drive business decisions. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a Controller, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role. Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP implementation experience. Experience operating within a multi-entity, multinational organizations and matrixed reporting structures. Ability to balance strategic leadership with the ability to influence and hands-on execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both domestic and global stakeholders. Experience in agribusiness, food production, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
