In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to:Completing initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.Writing, initiating and revising the plan of care, as needed.Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.Must Have:RN or LPN with current licensure to practice in the stateComprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residentsStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-directed and able to work with minimal supervisionNice to Have:Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environmentNursing experience providing direct care to multiple residentsBehavioral care / memory care experienceExperience with PointClickCare (PCC)Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Pay Transparency StatementCompensation for roles varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
