What You'll Do

As a Billing & Accounts Specialist, you'll help ensure accurate financial operations and a positive customer experience by:

• Generating invoices and managing billing activities
• Reviewing customer contracts and ensuring invoicing accuracy
• Performing account reconciliations and revenue analysis
• Following up on outstanding balances and supporting collections efforts
• Identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Assisting leadership with reporting and audit-related requests
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is organized, analytical, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
