Job Summary Starting pay: $18 Supports Brew Brothers service operations by delivering food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring correct plate presentation, assisting servers and kitchen staff, and maintaining guest‑ready quality to uphold fast, friendly, and efficient service. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Delivers food orders from kitchen to guests with accuracy and urgency Verifies ticket items and garnishes for correct presentation Communicates order status and guest needs to servers and kitchen Maintains cleanliness and organization of expo and service stations Assists with running side work, stocking, and table resets Supports guest service by responding to requests promptly and professionally Follows all food safety, sanitation, and company policies Collaborates with servers and hosts to ensure seamless service Performs additional duties or special assignments as required. What You Will Need High school diploma or GED preferred; prior food service or hospitality experience helpful but not required Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Strong communication and teamwork skills; Ability to carry multiple plates and navigate crowded spaces safely Attention to detail for order accuracy and presentation Professionalism and positive attitude in guest interactions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift and carry up to 25 lbs Bend, reach, and move quickly throughout dining room Work in environments with noise, crowds, bright lights, and variable temperatures Obtain and maintain any required food safety certifications or gaming license if applicable TOGETHER WE WIN We believe in delivering family-style service—an approach that fosters warmth, connection, and a genuine sense of belonging.
