CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC milling and/or turning machines according to work orders and engineering drawings
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and machining instructions
• Perform in-process inspections to verify dimensions and product quality
• Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Inspect and validate completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Follow all safety, production, and quality procedures
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently
• Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of blueprint reading experience
• CNC machining experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Dependable attendance and ability to consistently work second shift
• English proficiency required for communication and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with ISO standards or quality-controlled manufacturing processes
• Experience operating multiple CNC machines

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Coral Springs, FL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
