TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced in moving and handling various materials. Candidates must be available to work overtime and some Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Operate heavy equipment including backhoes, excavators, and/or bulldozers
• Move sand, soil, crushed concrete, and other recycled materials throughout the property
• Transport and stockpile materials for processing and customer orders
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Experience operating a backhoe, excavator, and/or bulldozer
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely move and position large quantities of material
• Must be available to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment

Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)
