Job Description Job Description Food & Beverage Manager - Launch Family Entertainment (Dearborn, MI) Launch Family Entertainment is looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our restaurant and concession operations. Pay: Hourly, based on experience, with opportunities for raises and bonuses based on performance. Responsibilities: * Manage daily restaurant and concession operations * Oversee inventory, ordering. * Lead, train, and schedule team members * Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards * Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns Qualifications: * Previous restaurant or food service management experience preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Experience with inventory management and ordering * Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Nights and weekends required Growth Opportunity: We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
