We are looking for Spa Sales and Guest Service Associates for full-time and part-time positions. Our brand new spa is opening soon! We offer competitive salaries ranging from $18 to $20 per hour with bonuses based on performance.

Our vision at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is to make each visit the best hour of our client's month. Our Spa Associates play a crucial role in achieving this goal. As the hosts of the spa, they are dedicated to creating 5-star experiences for every client. By connecting with clients, co-workers, and the community, our Spa Associates ensure that each service is memorable and exceptional. Their commitment to excellence helps us fulfill our mission of making every visit the highlight of our clients' month.

Our Spa Associates:

Meet membership sales goals.
Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
Perform various other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
