Job Details Job Location: Vitality Works Inc - Albuquerque, NM 87121 Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary Job Shift: Day Come Grow with Us! Position Summary As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will apply accounting principles and handle work that is analytical, evaluative, and advisory in nature and that requires an understanding of both accounting theory and practice. Professionals are expected to have the ability to pay attention to detail and enter a high volume of data. They are generally in daily communication with employers and customers. Position Responsibilities Invoicing Resolve billing issues with customers Electronic deposits Collections management Prior A/R experience Comfortable making collection calls Excellent time management skills Credit Card Refunds Proficient in Excel Account Reconciliations Posting all Payments (ACH, Wires, Credit Cards, and Checks) Metrics weekly reporting Qualifications, Skills & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Two (2) years or more experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounting required Analytical skills Detail oriented and organized Computation skills Leadership abilities Written and oral communication skills Problem solving skills Physical Demands & Working Conditions Position is in an office environment. Position will require entry to GMP and controlled areas with specific dress code requirements. Position will require some walking, standing and sitting. Being able to sit for long periods of time.
