Accounts Receivable/ Billing Clerk

Overview:

Pay: $18.50–$20.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment Timeline: Starts ASAP and runs through the end of the year, may extend into January.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable / Billing Clerk to support daily financial and customer‑account functions. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent communication habits, and experience working with customer payments or billing processes.

Skills and Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Post incoming payments to customer accounts
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist with billing tasks and invoice processing
Communicate professionally via email with customers and internal teams
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Preferred Experience

Accounts Receivable experience
Billing or invoicing background
Strong computer and email skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
