The Senior Director RN Quality will serve in the Patient Care Services Division of a small community hospital known for personalized care. The close-knit setting also supports responsive decisions and direct collaboration with frontline teams. Friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare team will support quality management, patient safety, infection prevention, accreditation, and regulatory readiness. The Senior Nursing Quality Executive will oversee Joint Commission preparation, CMS compliance, root cause analysis, and performance improvement. This RN quality leader will also monitor clinical outcomes, coach team members, manage resources, and promote a culture of high reliability. The Senior Nurse Director Quality will live in a scenic Oregon coastal region offering natural beauty and a relaxed lifestyle. Beaches, forests, hiking, fishing, boating, cycling, and wildlife viewing provide abundant outdoor recreation.
