Customer / Technical Support Specialist

Overview Our client: is an exciting and fast growing software company offering a cloud-based platform designed to support organizational compliance and operational efficiency through customizable, user-focused tools. Where you come in We’re looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers and internal teams. You’ll help users navigate our platform, resolve requests, and ensure every interaction is helpful, clear, and professional. You do not need prior experience in a software support role. If you have experience in a customer-facing or customer support environment and are very comfortable using technology especially Microsoft Office applications, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning new tools, and using technology to solve problems. What You’ll Do Support customers via email, chat, and ticketing systems Guide users through platform features and workflows Process requests and communicate updates clearly Document interactions and escalate issues when needed Provide basic Tier 1 IT support, including troubleshooting and onboarding assistance Deliver a friendly, patient, and solutions-oriented experience What You Bring Experience in a customer-facing or customer support role (any industry) Strong comfort with technology, particularly Microsoft Office and web-based applications Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and attention to detail A customer-first mindset and willingness to learn new systems Bonus: Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, or helpdesk systems Additional Information This is a full-time position based initially in our Saratoga Springs office and moving to a more flexible hybrid working schedule once you're up and running.
