Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Dispatch Coordinator to manage and oversee dispatch operations within our warehouse. This role serves as a key liaison between the warehouse, customers, and carriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery scheduling, shipment monitoring, and dispatch management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities for inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Manage delivery schedules and update systems with real-time shipment status
• Monitor logistics flow and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch times, shipment details, and carrier communications
• Ensure compliance with warehouse and transportation safety protocols
• Support warehouse teams with documentation and shipment coordination
• Collaborate with internal departments to align dispatch operations with customer requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain-related education preferred
• 1+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in dispatch or warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual preferred
