We’re looking for a Recruiter to support hiring for a group of independently owned and operated Great Clips salons. In this role, you’ll help local salon owners attract and hire licensed hair stylists and managers to build strong salon teams. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Salon Recruiter to become part of our team. A cosmetology or barbering license is a MUST, with prior recruitment experience a plus!Take charge of the recruitment process across our 25 salons, from sourcing and screening to hiring the best talent. Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability. Represent Tambry at recruitment events, connecting with potential candidates to showcase our brand and career opportunities.
