Experienced ServerWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a solid understanding of food and beverage service. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests' dining experience while advancing your skills in the hospitality industry. A minimum of five years of experience in a fast-casual restaurant is required.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and present menus with a friendly, positive attitude.Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol service.Maintain a clean and organized dining area to provide a welcoming atmosphere.Answer questions, offer product recommendations, and ensure guests are satisfied with their meals.Process payments and handle cash, credit, or check transactions with accuracy and professionalism.What We're Looking For:Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role.A passion for customer service and providing a memorable dining experience.Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including the ability to make recommendations.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.A friendly, positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.Compensation: Minimum wageE-Verify Statement: We are an E-Verify employer.
