Retail Operations & Merchandising Lead

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at our HomeGoods store in Olathe, KS. This role supports receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring the team processes efficiently, and delivers a positive experience to customers. You will help supervise and mentor Associates, oversee proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise, and work with the Coordinator on Duty to keep goods flowing to the sales floor.
