Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 4:00 pm
$25.00 - $33.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC mills to produce precision-machined components.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.
- Enter and adjust machine offsets, speeds, feeds, and other operating parameters.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Identify and troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues.
- Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of five years of CNC machining experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills.
- Minimum of two years of experience using HAAS CNC controls.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and dimensional tolerances.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently produce accurate, high-quality components.
- Must be available to work five days per week and Saturdays as needed based on production workload.
