Google Channel Sales Manager

Description Mosaic is currently looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our innovative, growing team. The Hardware Partnerships team brings the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers at a regional level and includes products such as Pixel, Nest, and Google Services. Responsibilities Manage regional sell‑out performance by identifying strategies to diagnose and improve underperforming cities, developing pilot programs, incentives, and events to increase regional market share and sales lift. Lead regional joint business planning and strategy development based on partner opportunities; analyze and report on regional insights and in‑field research. Develop and strengthen relationships with partner regional leadership. Develop and execute regional sell‑out incentives; analyze lift and ROI on incentives. Drive flawless regional launch execution. Lead execution of regional programs, promos, trainings, and events, coordinating with the regional carrier team and cross‑functional teams. Essential Functions Up to 80% travel within the Western region of the United States. Drive sell‑out of Google products through innovation, relationships, and sales strategies at the carrier level. Manage day‑to‑day operations for Google’s retail presence, including travel as needed. Distill insights and pursue improvements based on analysis of key performance metrics. Develop key relationships and influence carrier partners at the regional level. Ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of all customer programs and new products and services. Work with third‑party vendor resources to deliver upon SLAs and contract terms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in retailer channel field sales and operations. Deep understanding of carrier channel economics, incentives, and operational dynamics. Existing relationships within Regional or District Retailer HQs (Carriers, Best Buy) and fluid at navigating market/HQ dynamics preferred.
