Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented General Manager to join our team in Fenton, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Lead and manage all store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team development
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability
Oversee cash handling and maintain accurate financial records
Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and community engagement
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly
Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to brand standards
Collaborate with upper management to implement new initiatives and achieve company goals
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve operations
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers
Proficiency in math and analytical thinking for inventory management and cost control
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Computer literacy, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectations
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management is a plus
Passion for the food service industry and enthusiasm for the Domino's brand
