Projektleiter Umsetzung Wind Und BESS (M/W/D)
100 % fossilfrei: daran arbeiten wir seit 25 Jahren und treiben Projekte voran, die andere fr undenkbar halten. Mit Wind, Sonne und grnem Wasserstoff erzeugen, speichern und liefern wir grne Energie. Unsere ber 1.200 Mitarbeitenden arbeiten an Energieprojekten mit einer Kapazitt von mehr als 30 Gigawatt weltweit.
ENERTRAG entwickelt, baut und betreibt Energielsungen aus Wind, Photovoltaik und grnem Wasserstoff, um die Energiewende weltweit voranzutreiben und fossile Brennstoffe in der Energieversorgung vollstndig zu ersetzen.
Werde Teil unseres Teams in Berlin, Dauerthal, Hamburg, Dortmund oder Remote als Projektleiter Umsetzung (M/W/D) mit Fokus auf Wind Und BESS und arbeite mit uns an unserer Mission: Erneuerbare Energien nachhaltig erzeugen. Damit die Erde lebenswert bleibt.
Stellenbeschreibung
- Die Gesamtverantwortung fr nationale Projekte im Bereich Windenergie und Batteriespeicher sowie perspektivisch weiterer Technologien bernimmst du ab der Kommerzialisierungsfreigabe bis zur bergabe an die Betriebsfhrung. Dabei verantwortest du die sichere Umsetzung der Projekte und stellst die Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten-, Qualitts- und HSE-Zielen (Health, Safety & Environment) sicher
- Projekte bereitest du auf die Umsetzungsphase vor, entwickelst Projektablaufplne, analysierst Risiken und Personalbedarfe und optimierst die Vorhaben hinsichtlich Wirtschaftlichkeit und Realisierbarkeit
- Mehrere interdisziplinre Projektteams fhrst du fachlich und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Hauptlieferanten sowie externen Projekt- und Kooperationspartnern
- Das Stakeholdermanagement mit Behrden, Kunden, Investoren und Kooperationspartnern steuerst du eigenverantwortlich und bernimmst Kommunikation, Reporting sowie Verhandlungen und Konfliktlsungen
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern, Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern koordinierst und berwachst du ber alle Projektphasen hinweg und stellst die Einhaltung relevanter Standards, Vorschriften und Genehmigungsauflagen sicher
- Darber hinaus wirkst du an Vertragsverhandlungen, Genehmigungs- und Planungsverfahren sowie an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards im Projektmanagement mit
Qualifikationen
- Du verfgst ber ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Alternativ berzeugst du durch eine technische Ausbildung mit mehrjhriger einschlgiger Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Anlagenbauprojekten im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Windenergie an Land oder Batteriespeicher, zeichnen dich aus
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Wirtschaftlichkeit erneuerbarer Energieanlagen sowie ein sicheres Verstndnis dynamischer Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen bringst du mit
- Du verfgst ber technisches Know-how im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien und Batteriespeicher sowie ber ein gutes Verstndnis der relevanten Projektphasen von der Entwicklung bis zur Umsetzung
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Steuerung interdisziplinrer Teams sowie in der Koordination komplexer Projektstrukturen gehrt zu deinem Profil
- Kommunikationsstrke, Durchsetzungsvermgen, interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
