Customer Service Representative
$22 per hourAxelon
Pay Rate: $22 per hour Duration: 6 months, goal is to convert to full-time Work Mode: 100% onsite Location: Albany, NY Summary:
- Responsible for fulfilling company estimates and orders for various corporate document retrievals and filings.
- Work with team members to complete all project requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and professional levels of customer service and communication.
- Provide direct support and collaboration with other corporate team members.
- Respond and resolve incoming vendor requests, queries, issues, and concerns via phone and email.
- Manage the order process alongside other corporate team members, from initial request through processing, and during follow-up investigations and order fulfillment.
- Obtain certificates of status with both the state and/or revenue departments, conduct name availability and status searches, produce verbal bring-down reports, file/track name reservations and registrations, and obtain copies of miscellaneous public record documents.
- Responsible for corporate filings, including preparation, review, and filing of articles of incorporation/organization, amendments, DBA/assumed business names, newspaper publications, and annual reports.
- Perform any other duties of similar or lesser nature as required.
- Must be a positive team player and effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
- Required to multi-task, accept directions well, possess strong attention to detail, and manage time wisely.
- Must be computer literate; Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
- Able to be self-directed and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Ensure superior customer service is always provided and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of general corporate services and/or willingness to learn.
