Location: Gardena, CA Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory/order management systems. Ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in wholesale distribution, logistics, or supply chain management. Knowledge of inventory control best practices and process improvement methodologies. Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence.

Job Duties: Manage and oversee daily order fulfillment activities for wholesale and retail customers. Ensure timely and accurate processing, picking, packing, and shipment of orders. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to maintain efficient workflow and on-time order dispatch. Monitor inventory levels and allocate stock according to business and customer priorities. Oversee inventory control, distribution procedures, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing orders while minimizing errors and ensuring service standards are met. Lead, mentor, and support warehouse and operations staff to achieve performance goals. Collaborate with production, sales, and other departments to anticipate operational needs and resolve issues. Assist with special projects and operational initiatives during peak business periods. Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Support customer satisfaction initiatives through effective operational planning and execution.
