Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner according to the menu.
- Ensure all meals are prepared safely and presented attractively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Properly store food and minimize waste.
- Assist with menu preparation and accommodate dietary restrictions when needed.
- Work collaboratively with staff to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Skills
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
