Accounting Service Desk Specialist

Supporting strategic initiatives, the remote Accounting Service Desk Specialist will manage and resolve accounting and billing inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and accurate communication between billers, attorneys, and clients. Key responsibilities Assess and resolve accounting and billing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders Maintain precise records of all actions and resolutions within the ServiceNow ticket system Provide proactive updates and clear information regarding accounts and billing to all parties involved Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 2+ years of accounting or billing experience within a law firm or professional services organization Experience with Aderant is required; familiarity with Chromeriver or Kofax is highly preferred Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical abilities and initiative to research next steps for excellent service delivery
