All American Home Service is Southeast Alaska's fastest growing home services company , providing heating, plumbing, drain clearing, bathroom upgrades, and more. We started with one guy and a truck. Today we're a team of over 20 people , building a new headquarters in Juneau and growing fast.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Heating & Plumbing Service Technician with 510 years of field experience who can be our top technical resource today and grow into a senior service manager / superintendent role as we scale.

You'll handle our most important residential service calls, including no-heat emergencies, no-hot-water calls, water pipe leaks, and complex system troubleshooting, while helping train and raise the standard for the rest of the service team.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating systems, boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, and plumbing systems in Juneau's demanding climate

• Take the toughest calls: no-heat, no-hot-water, leaks, and system failures other techs can't solve

• Present homeowners with clear, honest options from repair to full replacement, as a trusted advisor, not a pushy salesperson

• Mentor and coach newer technicians in the field and help set service standards

• Audit work for code compliance and quality

• Use ServiceTitan to manage jobs, build estimates, document diagnostics, and offer financing

• Keep a clean, organized, well-stocked service vehicle

• Take part in the on-call rotation for emergency heating and plumbing calls

What We're Looking For

• 510 years of hands-on residential heating and/or plumbing service and troubleshooting experience

• The technical depth to solve the hardest problems, and the desire to teach others how

• Interest in growing into a service manager or superintendent role

• Solid code knowledge

• A team-first mentality and strong customer communication, including composure in tough situations

• A self-starter who takes pride in the company's reputation and goes the extra step for customer satisfaction

• Journeyman license or other heating/plumbing licensing preferred, not required. EPA certification a plus.

• ServiceTitan or similar field software experience preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and able to pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly base plus performance/commission bonuses , with $80,000$125,000+ annual earnings for top performers

Schedule

Full-time, roughly 7am5pm (morning dispatch at the shop), with on-call rotation and weekend work as demand requires.

Hiring Process
