Groundskeeper

The Landscaper is responsible for maintaining and improving outdoor grounds and landscapes to ensure properties remain attractive, clean, and well-maintained. This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks while following all safety guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns and landscaped areas.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation.
• Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other materials from grounds and walkways.
• Operate landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand tools.
• Spread mulch, soil, gravel, and other landscaping materials as needed.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and basic repairs.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional groundskeeping and landscaping duties as assigned.

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
