Job Description
Grape Law Firm PLLC is a modern and innovative US immigration law firm based in Manhattan, NY. We are a young and dynamic law firm determined to help immigrants all around the world through the immigration process and ultimately obtain citizenship.
\n \nThe role entails reporting to the Managing Attorney. The responsibility mainly covers business immigration in the United States. The candidate is expected to work in close co-operation with the attorneys, as well as the administrative and legal staff.
\n \nQualifications
\n \n- \n
- Manage a diverse caseload involving U.S. business immigration matters including E-2, L-1A, H-1B, O-1, and PERM cases. \n
- Review, and oversee the preparation of immigration petitions, applications, supporting documentation, and legal correspondence. \n
- Collaborate with attorneys and administrative and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management and high-quality client service. \n
- Supervise and provide guidance to legal support staff, as appropriate. \n
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient workflows and processes. \n
- Participate in business development and other initiatives aimed at growing and strengthening the firm. \n
- Leverage legal technology and AI tools to automate routine workflows and improve efficiency. \n
